What better way to start a new blog than with a 20 day challenge, offering quite a bit of opportunity to introduce myself and my primary, Thundergrip, to the WoW Blogosphere. I found this while trolling the forum at Blog Azeroth, it’s the 20 Day Challenge that was issued by Saga from Spellbound…
You can call me “Mo”, I am a 30ish male residing near Tacoma, WA. I’ve been playing World of Warcraft since the Burning Crusade expansion dropped. I’m a medic in the army attempting to finish a degree on psychology and the father of an amazing 2 year-old, so my time is very limited and I don’t get to play nearly as often as I’d like.
But then again who does, right?
Thundergrip is an enhancement shaman from the Fenris realm. From his humble beginnings as a miner in Dun Murogh he has had an adventurous drive to explore the world of Azeroth and beyond. He found an affinity and a call to the elements when Deathwing began his rampage.
An able off-heals, Thundergrip prefers to take the fight directly to his enemies using the power of the elements and calling forth his ethereal canine companions to battle his opposition.
Commonly seen with his Core Hound pup, Giggles, as he explores the wilds and delves into darkened dungeons.
Thundergrip was my first character to level 85 and still is my Primary. We have been through a lot together; marriage, deployment, and even the birth of my son. Despite a brief (1 year) break from WoW, I have enjoyed leveling him through PvE and exploring the challenge of PvP.
Join me tomorrow for Day Two: Why Start a Blog? or “Why I think I have important things to say…”
